REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR THE NUMBER OF TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATIONS

  • Online server
    There is a server on the Internet/in the cloud, for receiving and recording information from each controller, where information about the state of the spreader locks is transmitted, as well as a video stream from IP cameras if IP cameras are installed on the equipment (option)
  • Reports
    The customer receives detailed statistics, which he can sort by date, appliance, time, number of operations.
Controls the time and number of operations on reachstackers and cranes. Allows to determine the performance of equipment and personnel, maintain commercial and technological accounting, analyze operations.
SYSTEM EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION OPTIONS:
  • Registration of events with photo capturing
    CCTV cameras from 2 to 16 megapixels are installed to take pictures of the operation. The report records the duration of each operation, as well as a snapshot of the beginning and end of the operation.
  • Registration of events with video capturing
    Transferring a video stream to a DVR and storing an archive on it of any duration, depending on the number of cameras and HDD capacity. Allows to evaluate the actions of the driver and the safety of the container during work operations.
  • Registration of events with video capturing and shock sensors
    Additionally, a shock sensor is installed, which allows to track the times at which the driver could damage to the load by careless actions. The video archive is saved for each action separately and is available when a specific action is selected.
  • With container number recognition system
    It is installed at various sections of the terminal - checkpoints, inspection zones, reachstackers, cranes. Allows to keep commercial and technological records of containers and transport.
The system can also be equipped with software of various functionality. Under the tasks of the customer, it is possible to configure the functionality (development of a mobile application, etc.).
SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
  • Without server application
    The information may be provided directly to the user at a predetermined time, such as once a shift, once a day, or once a week. The report comes in the form of an excel file by e-mail, or in the Whats'app application.
  • With server application
    The controllers installed on the equipment constantly send data to the server, from where the customer receives the necessary information at any time.
  • Integration with external systems
    JSON is generated with the vehicle unit identifier, shift number, date, operation start time, operation end time.
